About Srividya Sadhana

Sri Vidya Sadhana is a powerful and sacred spiritual practice from the Shakta Tantra tradition of Hinduism. It is centered on the worship of the Divine Mother, specifically in her highest form as Lalita Tripura Sundari—the goddess of beauty, wisdom, and supreme consciousness. The term Sri Vidya means “auspicious knowledge” or “divine wisdom.” This practice leads a seeker toward both material prosperity (bhoga) and spiritual liberation (moksha).

At the heart of Sri Vidya is the Sri Chakra (Sri Yantra)—a mystical geometric diagram made of interlocking triangles. It symbolizes the universe, the human body, and the presence of the Divine Mother. Practicing meditation or ritual worship with the Sri Chakra helps purify the mind, balance energy, and connect with higher states of consciousness.

A key part of Sri Vidya Sadhana involves chanting powerful mantras, such as the Panchadasi or Shodashi Mantra. These mantras are considered sacred and transformative. They should only be practiced after receiving initiation (Deeksha) from a qualified Guru, who belongs to a traditional lineage. The guidance of a Guru is essential, as the practice involves subtle energies and deep inner transformation.

Structure of Srividya Sadhana Course

This unique spiritual path unfolds over five transformative stages, leading to the ultimate realms of Srividya Sadhana. The Foundation course (Level 1 & 2) is the same for all practitioners. After this stage, each practitioner will receive personalised guidance from Guruji.
